Symptoma.com - Digital Health Assistant and pioneer on the way to precision medicine

Symptoma.com is a digital health assistant. Patients and doctors enter symptoms and receive a list of possible causes sorted by probability. 14 years of research allowed to develop an artificial intelligence providing the largest disease database worldwide. According to internal, external, and peer-reviewed studies, Symptoma achieves a diagnostic accuracy rate of 96.32 percent, which is considered the highest on the market.

How Symptoma fights COVID-19

To effectively fight COVID-19, Symptoma has established the world's first AI-based chatbot solution. It has been proven based on 40 million tests. By now, the chatbot is available in 36 languages and has been certified as a medical device. Users enter their symptoms and answer a few questions. Based on their input, they are informed about their personal risk of COVID-19 which can be high, medium, or low. More than 80 companies, hospitals, and health insurers already commissioned Symptoma; the Austrian government and the European Commission followed their example. In just a few days, the Symptoma chatbot is going to support the City of Vienna by helping prioritize PCR tests and rescue missions for patients at risk.

Studies already proved that Symptoma is the most accurate solution on the market regarding risk assessment in symptomatic patients. The first study is currently being reviewed by Nature and has been pre-published here: www.symptoma.com/covid-19. The second study confirmed the highest diagnostic accuracy worldwide. Its findings have been accepted for publication by the leading medical informatics journal JMIR.
